We deliver islandwide!
We have 5 delivery slots daily: 11:30am-1.30pm, 1-3pm, 2-4pm, 4-6pm and 8-10pm. Please note that these are subject to change.
Delivery cost depends on distance. We do offer discounts for orders of 2-3 pints and delivery is free for orders of 4 pints or more. Pickups can be arranged at any of our store at no charge! Consider it a discount for coming by to see us 😁.
Absolutely! Just like you, we feel that ice creams make for a perfect gift no matter the occasion!
Simply key in your recipient details in the Shipping Details during checkout, along with a personal message (up to 150 char) and we’ll take care of the rest!
We won't disclose any billing details including the invoice/ receipt to the recipient. The receipt will only be emailed to the biller’s email address as entered during checkout.
Yep, we deliver every day, including Public Holidays! That's because every day is a perfect day for a boozy treat!
Most of our ice creams contain dairy and some of flavours contain nuts and eggs. However, please be advised that all our products may contain traces of allergens that may not be listed under product details as they are produced and served using common equipment.
We do not provide dry ice with your order. However, all our ice cream pints come with a reusable cooler bag that helps to keep your ice creams nice and frozen until they reach you!
How long can my ice cream pints and cakes last once I've picked it up from the outlet?
Ice cream pints can last about 30 minutes in the cooler bag, depending on the environment. So, hurry back home and store it in your freezer!
Should I refrigerate my ice cream pints upon delivery?
All our ice cream products MUST be stored in the freezer, not the refrigerator, unless you like soupy ice cream!
Can I get my ice creams on the day of purchase?
No, our earliest delivery is next day delivery for orders placed before 8.00pm on the day of order.
You can opt to pick up your order from any of our outlets here. We'd love to welcome you to our ice cream bar!
How would I know if my order is confirmed at my specified date and time slot?
An order confirmation email will be sent to your inbox with your order details. Please make sure to check your Spam or Junk Folder if you have not received our order confirmation upon purchase.
